Have been using TourRadar for several years. Lots of tour choices and so far the tour companies have been very good with reliability, service and quality of tours. The initial fear of being scammed has gone although occasionally delayed responses from the tour operator has caused some concern.
Also reassuring is that we are able to contact TourRadar directly for help although I have found it to be a little difficult to find the live chat help portal to communicate my concerns ( probably because I have had so little occasion to use it)
