From my search, TourRadar suggested many tours, and made it easy for me to find the one I wanted… which is probably expected from any such sites. However, it is said that it's only when you have issues that you can truly rate an experience. I had payment issue (due to a sudden credit card change) and had trouble setting my new card as the default payment method. TourRadar's support team was very understanding and helping with the issue, despite it lasting days, allowing me to eventually solve it.
