Staff are friendly. If they do not know the answer, they find out for you. Poor knowledge of tours would be beneficial to customers. Booked a tour and changed my mind. First payment was made and instead of a refund or payment, another payment was undertaken for the second tour. My funds were held by my bank for over a week which was totally unsatisfactory. Feedback is that if payment has already been undertaken, a change in tour would be a refund or payment by the customer. Finance Dept needs to communicate with salesperson so that Tour Radar does not look as though there are internal communciation issues.
