They were very good answering my questions until I finally booked then it was very difficult to get the answer I wanted out of them. One person told me I would get that answer when I booked but I had already booked. Ended up by not getting the answer I wanted from them for 4 days by that time the flight I wanted was fully booked and I had to pay £100 more. The flight I could get was for the following day and had to pay for an extra night in a hotel in Myanmar. Would help if you had a dedicated assistant.
