Customer support is excellent but email notification is useless. I sent replies and updated my information on the website but still receive annoying notifications asking me to fill out information already provided. It is only about 5 weeks to go and I'm afraid I cannot get the trip voucher in time. I never had this bad experience with other tour providers. Imagine people who do not use the computer. How can they get things done?
I urge you to take immediate action to complete my booking. All monies were paid a few weeks ago and still not final???
