I didn’t complete the online form correctly as I did not see some of the pages come up. TourRadar informed me immediately and we got it straightened out. There was a wait on the phone to get through to the office and even then they didn’t ask for all of the missing information, I had to go back online to finish the necessary information. I think it could have been a bit easier either online or by phone. However, it was all good in the end.
