i just booked a tour trip of England, Wales, Ireland and a wee bit of Scotland and can hardly wait to go. Tour Radar's website is easy to use, offers many options and I feel we have the right trip for us. We had questions so I sent a message listing them and received a response from Courtney within 2 hours with all questions answered! They kindly reminded me I could use the website messaging or chat online for questions that are not urgent or call them directly for things that needed a quick response. It is also good to remember you may not always communicate with the same company rep due to scheduling and they work out of multiple locations. When I voiced a concern about something I received a personal phone call from a very helpful and courteous customer service rep.
