Web super easy to use. Lots of options. Customer service great and always available. Fast and service available.
2 things that can be improved:
1. When searching for last minute deals would be great to be able to sort by date of departure.
2. Once trip is booked its not clear if the contact should be made with TourRadar or the actual touroperator. Once I got my confirmation I didnt get replies to my inquiries from TourRadar.
