There was a good selection of tour options for the area I am planning travel. The booking process was fairly easy and the response time for confirmation was very quick. However, I did find it a bit disconcerting that there was reference to health insurance ‘being required’ and when I went to get a quote was told there was nothing available in Ontario. I do have personal coverage so that part is not a concern. Once I received confirmation it was a bit confusing whether I was talking to someone from TourRadar when I asked a question, or the tour company Europemonda. They were quick to sort it out for me though. All in all, it was an easy process and the prices were quite reasonable.
