So far I’m not happy. Although the booking procedure was fine, easy, etc, there were no options to pick the optional activities or own room/tent, which the itinerary suggests need to be done upon booking. The emails say my that customer service usually get back within 2 hours, and I’ve sent two queries regarding this in 24 hrs (because a stock standard “here is your itinerary came as if it were a reply to the first one) and gotten no reply.
