I called and always talked to a real person who spoke English and understood my question; the tour operator Rabbies was much more difficult to get info from. I did book because there were only 3 seats left. I cancelled my tour on Viator because they never had anyone answer or try to get you an answer.
I have not gotten my voucher as of yet
