Web site quite easy to navigate. I got courteous answers to questions with 24 hours. There were numerous automated emails asking us to complete travel insurance information. When questioned I learned they do not even provide insurance for persons over 70 years and it is not required.
I asked about tipping in Iceland and what to give for driver and guide; I ended up with three quite different answers when asking for clarification.
