Disappointed but now optimistic!
My partner and I have booked a rail tour in early October and are now waiting for our vouchers of where we are staying and places we are covered for. Have contacted tour radar approx 5 +times and still no definite response received .
Feeling let down with lack of communication. What was meant to be the most happiest experience is starting to become stressful . Unfortunately your systems and processes need reviewing .
Have finally received our vouchers and are now excited and looking forward to a great holiday - my expectations are high so I hope they can deliver!
