Tried to change a booking online and couldn't. Then rang direct to ask a consultant for help, no use whatsoever and said someone from the US office would ring. The only call I got was from a NZ number and they had the calls confused with another customer.
Tried to log in online to my account and not able to, found out by chance that it takes 15 hours to activate an account
In this day and age this is poor.
