Trying to book tours during the black friday sale was extremely frustrating. As the site is not live having to wait and wait without updates and not knowing if you were going to get the tour you wanted and I even rang and no one could tell me.
Do you book another trip? Will you then get both trips? Will you miss out.
I was only messaged in the middle of the night and could not respond.
