Relatively easy to look through different tour options.
Basic itinerary, pricing and dates were available. This helped a lot with my descision to book my hike/kayak trip.
The downside was after I'd booked - The sheer number of emails was ridiculous. The information could have been succinctly told in just one instead of 12.
The other downside was once I'd completed my transaction the information about my trip changed from anyone could participate to experienced needed. This is pertinent information when dealing with a multi day hike.
