I recently booked a Far East Tour with Tour Radar. The information provided about the tour was in great detail, excellent itinerary so travellers fully understood what was included, places included in the tour etc. They were upfront about costs and additional costs not included.
Customer service so far has been excellent and I have received fast responses to all queries so far. I've yet to travel on the tour so cannot comment about that and the tour operator is not the same as the booking agent. Happy to recommend.
