I purchased Australian trip from your web and pay by visa. Then I waited and waited and they could not confirm.
You web showing age limit 18 to 99. However they said they can't confirm because is 18 to 35 .
I putting POOR because even today your web showing 18to99 no body corrected yet. Is left for next person to waist lots of time.
