I received over and above service from an agent, Fin! He went over and above by patiently listening to my predicament, got all the details right, and worked with the tour operator to add me to a tour that was already sold out! (My brother and 3 others were booked on this tour and they will be first time travelers to Europe. All seniors!) Fin was detailed oriented and answered all the questions I had. He is an asset to Tour Radar!
