A good variety of tours and sales, sometimes can be better priced than through other places. Sometimes prompt and helpful staff who always follow through. Unimpressed with the quality of some providers, inaccurate and incompetent suppliers and failure to correct poor or misleading information provided by suppliers. Needs to be better quality control and control of suppliers rather than simply saying suppliers need to act - some suppliers are very slow and misleading, have no idea what they are selling.
