The site is very comprehensive and easy to navigate around. When I wanted more details about the tour I was able to contact a staff member and enquire via a chat session. The prices were very competitive and what I really liked was that it was in my local currency. In the past, I dealt with sites that published in USD which was not always an accurate way of costing the trip. Also, when I did book the confirmation came back in good time. Since then I have received more correspondence regarding the trip, which is good to see and very informative. Hopefully, this will continue as it has been.
