It started out badly--we were declined twice for a UNESCO cruise--received an auto-reply stating all cabins were full, but several sites all showed cabins still available. We'd already booked our flight, and this cruise was for my mom's 79th birthday--wanted to be on it! Sabine was GREAT!! She went above and beyond and got the cruise booked! Thank you, Sabine!!
