I had to call several times to get my booking done. The email replies were too slow. bad.
The wait time on the phone was way too long. bad
I received emails saying my booking hold was cancelled, after I received a confirmation booking. Very confusing.
I would not use Tourradar again. It's a lot simpler to just book with the tour operator.
I would not recommend Tourradar to friends
