Haley called me after I placed a 48hr hold on a Berlin-Moscow tour. She called back several times, each time promptly confirmed by email. Very satisfied with the outcome to date - tour booked, air bookings still under negotiation. Stronger, more personalised service than I expected, with a good discount off the tour provider's price.
