I received the detailed itinerary and after reading that realized I couldn't do the tour because of physical limitations.....I can not sleep on the floor and I can not walk up a lengthy path and steps to the monastery, I wrote immediately (like within the hour after reading the details) telling you I could not do this tour and would like help booking another that will work. It is disappointing to have been ignored and now several days later I still have heard from no one. My agent was Victoria.
