I am not certain how I find this site, but it was a very positive experience. Before booking, I had several questions and sent three emails. Each was answered promptly and to my satisfaction. I went ahead and booked the trip with no issues or problems. The extra night I requested was taken care of, without having to ask a second time. I hope the trip itself is as great as the booking experience. I was very impressed. I read reviews before committing and felt very comfortable that I was not making a mistake.
