I booked a group tour very last minute (5 days before) and am very pleased I did with tourradar. They responded within an hour of my booking to let me know how there might be a few challenges to booking so late. They used their messanger page to keep me informed daily. They were very honest throughout and I was very grateful for the updates. I was able to get onto the tour due to their efforts, and have had a great holiday. Even if it hadn't been possible, they did everything they could have to get the booking organised
