The rep's very responsive to all my questions. I would receive answers very prompt. The website is very user friendly and their prices are very good. I especially like the $99 deposit deal. When I was ready to book my river cruise I wanted to make sure I had the cabin I wanted. I talk to a Michael in Toronto who was excellent. He took my information and while I was on the phone he contacted the cruise company and got it all set up. My experience couldn't of been any better. From the time I found their website on Google to giving my deposit everything went smoother that I have ever had a booking agency handle. I have used a lot of booking agency's in my time. The travel experiences Tourradar offers is incredible. I will definitely be booking with them again.
