First agent Kim was very terse and unhelpful . Wanted cruise company and tour name. I told her
It wasa six day river cruise out of Lyon on Oct 30.
She refused to help quite rudely and hung up.
Next agent JON was total opposite . Pleasant and helpful all the waY until got it handled Note all other staff have always been great.
