Contacted TourRadar from Vancouver, BC Jun 17th, 2019 and spoke with Natalia. I was inquiring about the "Brilliant Bordeaux" 8 day cruise for the fall of 2019. Natalia was professional, knowledge, patient and positive. She answered all my questions and helped process our booking in a timely manner. I have dealt with several other on-line tour operators and none have come close, to how well TourRadar handled my booking. Price for my cruise was by far, much better than their competition.
