Was a really good experience. Some options on the tour were not available on the webpage, e.g., single room supplement, pre/post-accommodation arrangements; however, a quick chat resolved those questions quickly. I particularly liked the ability to receive a transcript of my chat to document and remind me of what was discussed. I travel a lot and will return.
