TourRadar made online booking a pleasure - I had no problems whatsoever. Website is easy to navigate, responses to any questions I had were within less than 24 hours, team was very friendly, personal but professional. Once I set up my profile, I could easily access my booking, upload / view any files, see all previous correspondence. TourRadar is better than a local travel agency :-)
