My experience with TourRadar was one of extreme ease and support. My only difficulty has been the necessity of completing a health and fitness check due to my advanced years. This is the requirement of the tour operator, not TourRadar. All other aspects of the tour booking have been very pleasant, including the phone calls I made for some clarification.
