TourRadar was really responsive to my many questions. I found a Laos tour itinerary that was too expensive for me. They found the exact itinerary (including wording!) for more than $800 less from a different provider. The only negative was the amount of discounts wasn't as much as I'd calculated, but they DID give me a nice discount. I'll keep an eye on TourRadar for future trips.
