I booked tour and notified them I would need to leave tour one day early and they responded with message saying a refund for one nights accommodation would be waiting for me. As I needed to arrive one day early I asked if it could pay my accommodation pre tour and they responded they would take care of it as well as airport transfer pre tour at no extra charge without me asking. What great service and responded within the hour of each request.. I couldn’t ask for anything better.
