15 stars for TourRadar. We were having trouble comparing tours across multiple sites. Having site with multiple tour companies in 1 location made it very easy to research and compare them. We used the chat feature and the rep was very responsive. We even asked the rep to find tours for us with specific criteria and budgets. The rep would respond quickly and then let us take our time reviewing each suggestion. We ultimately picked one that was suggested to us. We're very happy with the tour and the price.
