When deciding to book this tour I found it of great value being able to hold the spot for up to 48 hours giving time to confirm other arrangements and clash of dates before going ahead. Once having decided to confirm the booking I was kept well up to date with where the process was up to. I have found the site to be easy to use and information easy to follow. No problems at all
