we were very pleased with our experience. Never having booked a"tour" such as this we had some questions. These were replied to quickly and efficiently. We are looking forward to the last confirmation of the payment received ( not due yet) and a confirmation regarding the first night ( extra night) at Double tree in San Jose. Thank you
