Excellent service! Every person I spoke with at customer service was very friendly, extremely helpful.
I book a very last minute New Year trip and had a very specific trip decided on which was not available, however, a wonderful cruise department (Nina specifically) found me an alternate trip and stuck with it until we had cabins confirmed and paid for. I was very impressed with her patience and great courtesy to me no matter how frustrated I was getting. Highly recommend Tour Radar.
