Received what looks to be a smoking good deal by e- mail so booked quickly. Confirmation email received right away. Reconsidered my tour date and have requested an alternate. Received an immediate acknowledgement of my request - waiting to hear the outcome. Have called TourRadar 3x in 2 days and have never waited more than a few minutes to talk to an agent. They have always been very pleasant and helpful. Smooth process so far.
