I cannot fault these people, they are great to deal with. I never know whether I am dealing with someone in America, Austria or Australia, but it does not matter as they know exactly what is going on. I have probably driven them crazy with my many emails, but they always come through for me. Nothing is too much trouble. In fact, I have even had a phone call from a staff member, rather than writing me a long email. Thank you TourRadar.
