tour radar called me personally to take care of questions and concerns which arose after booking a three day tour to Iceland online. Kristina was Very attentive, personable and accommodating. She answered all questions assuring me my tour was confirmed, paid, and good to go. (I had received an email back with a voucher indicating I needed to pay upon arrival, was a mishap) All in all, they took care of the misunderstanding communicating with Iceland contact. It was handled very professionally providing utmost quality service in the booking department allowing me to rest at ease. I'm looking forward to the same quality service on our tour.
