We had difficulty with our on-line application for the tour, as we found we were unable to submit the completed form and payment at the end. However, the 'support chat' box enabled us to get advice and we were subsequently able to complete the application by phone.
The on-line responses to our enquiries since has been excellent and we are very impressed by the flexibility of all the arrangements. Highly recommended!
