I have been using Tour Radar to book my tours for the past few years and onlyh had one issue. I had a hotel change a few days prior to departure from Australia and there was zero communication from G Adventures. This meant travelling around Nagombo early hours of morning alone which was unsafe. All other trips have been very rewarding. Love the travel credits gained for bookings too.
