I greatly appreciated the rapid response time to several questions I had regarding the tour, especially since they were asked over the Christmas holiday period. There is a great deal of information to absorb about this trip; in my opinion certain bits of information could better be consolidated into one area to make it easier to follow along all of the details, but my questions were answered promptly. Very impressed with the helpful, speedy replies!
