Excellent service. They emailed me back immediately following my phone conversation and after I rang and gave my details of the trip I was after and my card details the trip was confirmed within the hour. I had expected a day or so as I have had with other agents. Entering details via the internet was easy.
I am now looking at their site to find another trip with them
