Straight forward and always somebody available to chat with if required.
Only problem I had was when I tried to use a promo code. The discount was taken from the total amount of the holiday but would not deduct from the credit card payment and it left me having to pay the advertised price of the holiday. This was both confusing and annoying as it did not give me any reason for the code not being accepted, just left me annoyed ðŸ˜
