This will be my fourth tour I've taken through tour radar... what I usually do is set a budget, look at what's in my price range, Google all the destination spots that the tour has to offer... See if it's something that interests me.
My advice is make sure you do your homework and compare notes to different tours within that country or city you want to visit.
