I cannot fault the service I received from Tour Radar. I found the website easy to use. My only comment on the advertising is the details about numbers on the tour. In my case 15 maximum, 8 spaces left which implied 7 were on the tour. In the event mine was the only booking. I had telephone contact prior to the booking and booked over the phone. This service was excellent. Unfortunately during and after the tour there were issues I took up with the operator regarding unsatisfactory elements of the trip. The customer support service I received from Tour Radar was very supportive. An understanding of the points I made was achieved straight away. The communication was clear and efficient and they acted very effectively as a mediator between myself and the operator. I would definitely recommend and book again through Tour Radar.
