It was. Hillman and Reese towbar. It was the worst fitment to my Iveco Daily truck. I had to use a rotary burr to grind out two of the inner mounting holes on both sides and then use a bunch of washers between the frame and my vans chassis rails. It was so off I was worried my van was crashed or something... But I check with a tape the chassis rails were straight. Just the bar had been welded up by a blind, drunk pirate in a jig made of custard.
